Which cabinets would you recommend for the cellar?

45 kg is too little. (But no idea where you saw that :D)

I think heavy-duty shelves will be the best. In terms of price-performance.

The heavy-duty shelves are already very cheap and more than sufficient.

60cm depth is, I believe, also a very good depth to be able to store a lot.

Does anyone have a tip on where we can buy such shelves in many widths so that we can buy them perfectly for the room size?

45 per shelf is too little? What are you stacking there, gold bars? :D

I would have directly referred to 50 Ivar. But since those are already out, I agree with the heavy-duty shelves. However, I am personally not a fan of them. I once had some (admittedly a rather cheap model), and found them uncomfortably sharp-edged.

I can only confirm that!!! That is stated in the product information. 45 kg is enough for a lot of beverage crates. I would always prefer Ivar or those other wooden-series metal shelves. I myself had a heavy-duty shelf, now it is in the garage. The only advantage, which is probably very valuable to you, is the lower price.

That only applies to the cheap ones from the hardware store. Ours are only sharp-edged at the top end of the posts because they were cut there (they were originally much taller), but I can’t reach that far, they go almost up to the ceiling. And 60 cm depth is definitely better than 50 cm. And wood is great, but if you’re constantly sliding crates and boxes on it, you have to take care of it accordingly. 45 kg isn’t that much with full beverage crates either.

Yes, money is generally tight in new construction :D

The cabinets are supposed to be "only" for the basement.

I found the Ikea cabinets quite expensive, we would have ended up at about €1000.

Ivar but also the Bror cabinets.

Are heavy-duty shelves really sharp-edged?

Price/performance is already important to us for the basement.

Yes, probably 45 kg per board would be enough.

Exactly, it is stated in the product information.

Personally, I would also prefer Ivar. It is quite versatile, you can decide on certain things, like choosing a cabinet compartment or a few drawers. You can customize it individually because it is made of wood and can be worked on easily, etc.
