Finally. When I think that a Town & Country house was planned...

I would also paint a door in the dressing room - the one to the bedroom would be convenient in the evening, but it is simply obstructive and takes up space. Just make an opening there and then a lightweight partition wall - then when you’re older, you can move the door from the hallway inward, if you still want to.

At first glance, I find the bathroom original.

Brief regards

Ok, it always depends on how you want to use the dressing room or under what conditions. I just don’t quite understand that. I assume that you are allowed to sleep in the marital bed too? That means your wife would notice you getting up anyway, and which door you go out of is probably irrelevant, whether into the hallway or through the second door into the dressing room. Once inside there, you wouldn’t disturb your wife while she’s dressing; you’d just have to go through the bedroom again afterward. The question is just what is the lesser evil for you now. I also find five doors in the small hallway quite a lot; exaggeratedly speaking, there’s hardly any room left for a power outlet, let alone a picture or something similar...

Well, it can change that quickly Town & Country In hindsight, we are glad that it went the way it did.

It took ages for the architect to deliver (deadline was early December), but at first glance we are satisfied except for minor details. The idea with the drywall partition might not be such a bad one after all. On the other hand, a 4 m wardrobe is more than enough for us.

Regarding the bathroom: that was a first idea, whether it would work... I don’t know, the windows are actually in the way. We don’t want a T-solution, it’s not really our thing.

BTW, we have something similar with the "passage," with us the dressing room is a potential additional children's room. That means there is a door to the hallway, but currently the wardrobe is in front of it in the dressing room, so the door is unused. From the bedroom to the dressing room there is an approximately 150cm wide passage, which in case of need could be closed with a drywall partition and you would have another closed room without much dirt. You should just remember not to install underfloor heating where the wall would go, so that the drywall profiles can later be safely anchored in the floor...

I think the furnishing of the living room is a disaster. I would put the wall unit on the other wall, position the sofa with its back to the window, and move the fireplace towards the dining table.
