The staircase looks very short ... you should count on about 220 cm.

So, a quick update: the floor plan still appeals to us. Now questions about the plot are coming up (different thread, possibly different foundation necessary). The provider is not responding in a way that suits us. Therefore, we are now threatening to fall out a bit. Let's see what the next 1-2 weeks will bring.

The staircase in the photos is too small. How do you get a wardrobe or a bed box up there? According to the tiles, the stairwell is barely 1.80 meters and the tread width is under 85 cm. 14 steps is also too few for a comfortable and safe walk.
