But all of this will only be successful if finally puts their cards on the table instead of always just saying "we don't like it" or "we don't like it anymore." There must be reasons why, and only if these reasons are known can one PLAN MEANINGFULLY further. Otherwise, it’s just producing possible floor plans on the existing slab, wasting everyone’s time and being ineffective. -------- It might be sensible to start a new thread where the first post really includes ALL information: existing slab, site plan of the property, etc. all compiled again. The same goes for room requirements, preferences, dislikes, aversions, etc... preferably each with a brief explanation so that it is understandable. And a link to this thread. (I’m usually not a fan of new threads, but since all the basics should be gathered again in ONE place here, it’s easier if this then stands in post 1 of a thread.)If the ground floor is no longer that great either, then that calls for a complete redesign.
