Hi, wasn't there someone here who said you can't install a walk-in shower in under 8 sqm?

The small bathroom here has 3.9 sqm

The largest 6.5 sqm

If it is worth a little, you should contact the previous owner and talk about purchasing the plan. In my opinion, the architect of the "old" house would be a natural candidate to continue the project one way or another.

I have already tried to contact the previous owner. This was politely but firmly not desired. I do not know what problem he has. However, I have little hope.

That was me and the photos confirm it. They show two glass cabins. I understand "walk-in" differently. Also, it would probably splash out quite a bit with such a small depth.

What do you understand by walk-in?

.. you should go to the bathroom thread with the topic.

... I would find a new thread with ALL the information, as I have already written once, in ONE place good (now I have to look for the floor slab plan again .. so everything important in post 1 of a new thread). And I would like to see the original plans. They should then also have shafts, etc., matching the basement pipes.

And just so you know .. I would always plan a parent suite accessible through the dressing room. Why you don’t want that, I still don’t see justified. Was two stories a must? Because of the large floor slab, will the upper floor be set back then, or not now?

And now you have posted some plans again. You don’t have to post every rearrangement here, which by the way still has a staircase that is too narrow. And, why 152 cm hallway width? You walk through the corridor and have the stairwell on one side, that should bring enough openness. You have now created 20 sqm in the middle of the house that has no natural lighting but is supposed to seem airy. It's tinkering without consistent fitting.

So, and now I’m waiting for the new thread.
