Well, that is good news. Excellent.The foundation slab was inspected by an energy consultant during the construction back then. Reinforcement and insulation are present. I have seen photos. Additionally, the correctness was checked again by a structural engineer and the documents were reviewed. (used materials, insulation, reinforcement, etc.)
Well, then that's good. And you should actually be able to understand my thought of not at least tearing down the "old" plans without checking them. The house will at least fit on its foundation slab – and whether it suits you (or how little would have to be changed) we can work out together here.If two independent experts have found the slab to be okay, I see no reason to have it torn down.
