Unfortunately, it does not work without a bank. I had the costs for the house calculated based on the architect's drawing. I obtained several offers. (6 pcs) The best offer was €350k, including a photovoltaic system with 6kWp + battery, central ventilation system, as well as construction type = turnkey + garage. So everything would be ready for signature. Only the plan is not (completely) finalized yet.

For example, these 2, where I have now aligned the exterior walls and removed the landing staircase. Thanks to your inputs.

The fact is: there is a base slab with the connections. The number of DESIRED rooms is also visible in the drawings. Now it is about creating a proper layout on this.
