Hello, the entrance is located on the west side (pink) - north = main street. The staircase is intentionally oriented towards the north, as we found the stairs facing south (kitchen/living room) to be rather unsettling (especially in the show houses). I have uploaded the drawings again as .jpg files. I am particularly interested in your opinion on the image OG-angepasst, as I will have the drawing modified accordingly. Regards & thanks for the helpful responses.

And the site plan is rotated arbitrarily without a north arrow? But now it is oriented to the north?

How do you like your change in the OG?

The entrance to the utility room goes through the children's bathroom. The entrance to the shower feels about 40cm wide. The window in the children's bathroom would then be gone.

Don't you have an architect who does the planning for you? Personally, after the first draft and many hours and nights of head-scratching, I realized this is not my job.

So: the original upstairs floor plan is better, but still bad.
First, take that bump in the middle of the south side from one of the children's rooms and plan a built-in wardrobe on both sides there. Both benefit from this, the house gains value, and the bump is sensibly planned.

I still need to take another look at the rest. What is impossible, however, is the access to the utility room as well as the tripping over the bathtub in the bathroom.
I personally wouldn't like access to the bedroom, but you can live with it if the dressing room isn't closed anyway and thus, in any case, the person still lying down is disturbed in their peace.

I like the ground floor!

Hello,
the passage to the utility room through the children's bathroom is not optimal. However, it is significantly better than the previous version. That would be a compromise we would have to accept. The passage to the shower must, of course, be made wider. This is just a suggestion for the original drawing.
Our draftsman unfortunately does not have very many creative ideas. Therefore, I am grateful for any suggestion.
I have attached the site plan with orientation.

Maybe:
Next to Child 2, the dressing room, in the NE the bedroom, in the north middle the master bathroom, next to it (on the left side of the plan) the children's bathroom and where the dressing room is now plus the NW corner the utility room.
This way you have the bedroom in the east, access to the bedroom through the dressing room. You have more room width available there.
Instead, you use the less wide area in the north for both bathrooms (short lines) and the rest as a utility room. The laundry can then spin undisturbed above the entrance.

Mobile greetings from on the go
