My approach for such a parent area is always to choose access so that it is possible to enter through the wardrobe area and from there branch off once to the sleeping area and once to the bathroom area.

Here are a few examples:
Upper floor with 4 children's rooms ...

Upper floor with 2 very large children's rooms

Then for dummies: when my husband is asleep, I don't have to constantly disturb him when I need to get clothes or go to the bathroom. Whether by walking through at all, whether with the light on or off or some noises. The problem of shift workers is the same in everyday life with married couples, unless they are conjoined in their behavior.

No one here is stupid just because your aversion to en-suite solutions is not shared. Not everyone has uncoordinated cleaning help, shift work, or different wake-up times. So stop the contrivance and accept the client’s decision.

I think at this stage, not even you can help. As long as the client places five requirements at priority one in a magic triangle, the Gordian knot cannot be cut through. Your first two suggestions from #43 still resemble the original draft too closely in my view, while the others will again (still) deviate too radically from the client's wishes.
The magic triangle is: Point A = mental imagery with the designer house one would like to reproduce - Point B = needs of the client family - Point C = real plot of land.

Hello, thank you for your opinions. The priorities are the marked rooms that are also needed. Do you still see any major flaws? Should the staircase possibly be replaced by a different type of staircase?

Another version of the ground floor with an extended bay window, so that the kitchen counter also fits in.
