I repeat my question: who drew the site plan? That looks like the basic survey of an architect.

We previously planned, among other things, a bungalow, but this was not approved; this is just a small stumbling block among many... Of course, I cannot take anything from the floor plan for this reason...

Who is we? Someone must have submitted the plan who is at least authorized to do so.

An architect has worked out the floor plan.

The site plan comes from the local surveyor.

The bungalow would be rejected due to Paragraph 34 of the building regulations...

What is the orange area at the bottom of the plan? Wouldn't it make sense to place the house further up the plan and have a south-southwest garden area?

Just take photos (please do not unnecessarily distort the plans and leave some margin so they can be copied). The planner's language is plans and photos.

Is there a development plan? If yes, it belongs in here. Plan and text version. We don’t want another rejection to happen. You can also say where we can find them if they are available online. But please no links.
