The upper floor hallway is quite dark, or have you planned a skylight?

Please draw your bed in the bedroom with the actual dimensions. The bed seems a bit narrow to me.
Possibly access from the dressing room to the hallway.
In the master bathroom, the area with the bathtub, sink, and access to the shower feels quite cramped.

Ground floor
Instead of a full bathroom, I would have planned only a guest toilet and used the remaining space for house technology. You have little storage space in the house. Not much fits in the pantry.

Hello,

Unfortunately, no skylight is planned. However, no walls will be placed around the stairs/stairwell as shown, but a glass railing will be installed to make it appear a bit airier.

According to the drawing, the bed is 2m x 2.50m. However, we will adjust the width of the dressing room when the upper floor is built, e.g., reduce it from 4.20m to 3.80m.

The shower is intended for when relatives possibly move in, or if we can no longer use the upper floor as we get older. Then it is relatively easy to move into the ground floor.

Do you have any tips on how I can get more light into the hallway on the upper floor? Spots etc. are planned.

Spots are just artificial light.

Skylights or glass doors. Although only the utility room is left for glass doors. I can't think of anything else.

If you are thinking about relatives or yourself using the ground floor in old age, please plan it to be barrier-free. You will only voluntarily move into the ground floor if the stairs to the upper floor become too difficult, even with aids.

Hmm ... Access to the dressing room right next to the head of the bed. Bathroom entrance also at the narrowest point.

How are the 13 sqm of the dressing room supposed to be used effectively? How is it supposed to be furnished?

I would probably also access the bedroom and the bathroom through the dressing room. But I am still not entirely sure how.

Where was north again? Top of the plan?

Probably that’s why the size is there, so you don’t have to use it so efficiently

That also struck me in all respects.

I am: everything back to the start. And then develop from top to bottom, apparently the upper floor is much trickier here with what has to be combined. Kids aren’t really into balconies anyway, as teenagers maybe for smoking weed, but for that the big share of the floor plan is not needed. So get rid of it and then, as said, the upper floor first.
