I have roughly enlarged the bathroom. Well, approximately at least. Also adjusted the rooms + furnishings a bit. I still like it. The utility room now looks long and narrow, but the size is ideal for laundry because you can put the long drying racks (standard size marked) in there.
The view hardly changes.

The pantry could still be placed under the stairs, as requested.
