With your tinkering, the staircase is not believable. If the staircase is wrong, the whole plan is worthless. For a house of this size, I assume a minimum width of the staircase of 1m – rather 1.10m. Height at least 3m (2.70m + 0.30m ceiling), steps at least 0.26m deep + maximum 0.19m height. If you need measurements, there is a good website. Just google Treppe 1x1. In the pinned thread of this forum, there is also an overview of possible staircase dimensions.
The problematic thing about this thread is probably a certain confusion. Many designs without a recognizable favorite or reason for individual decisions. Along with the incorrect staircases, which make any discussion pointless right away. A design should at least always include ground floor and upper floor together including a coherent staircase. And preferably always drawings with important measurements and no dollhouse pictures.
Regarding the last design:
- Staircase questionable see above.
- Common drying racks have about the following dimensions when unfolded: 1.85m x 0.60m. Where is that supposed to be in winter? Please draw it in. If another drying rack is planned, please draw a concrete example. Best with a product name to google.
- Sofa blocks the path to the terrace. Or is only one door from the kitchen planned? Then that should be criticized.
- Size of the pantry =? A chest freezer, bottles, stuff, and more are supposed to fit in there. A vertical freezer has a footprint of at least 60/70 (W/D). Please draw it in and then see where there is still space or whether the door still opens or whether the appliance fits through the small door!
- Put a 2x2m bed in the office. With 13m² from the starting design, certainly no problem. Has that stayed the same? It looks smaller in the dollhouse picture.
