Does the fireplace have to be on the ground floor? I think it will be quite in your way there.
The windows are probably not fixed yet? Consider making the office a bit wider so that a wall unit can fit along the entire length (wall to the living room) and you can still place office furniture. In the living room, I would put the couch in the corner between the office and staircase and see how to find a suitable place for the TV on the exterior wall.
The corner bottom right is currently empty. Without the fireplace, you could move the dining table comfortably in that direction and use the space better / prevent the view into the hallway. Alternatively, you could also consider adding a pantry behind the kitchen unit and accordingly shift the kitchen toward the bottom of the plan. Move the dining table further down accordingly (here the fireplace would probably still be in the way).
