Yes, as already said, the staircase does not work like that... and with that, the whole thing is pointless... the [de obligatorische Ankleide] is only interesting on paper, once built it will be a struggle

The draft includes every little frill imaginable. Just not really thought through... completely clueless, I would say
The large main floor area of the ground floor is further enlarged by a... bay window, and between the dining table and living room, there’s another living room.
Instead, maybe consider whether a guest or study room might prove useful.
What’s being washed on the ground floor? Laundry from the upper floor? Maybe reconsider the separate toilet on the upper floor as a utility room.
The pantry is warmed by the chimney, above it gets in the way :(
What’s the balcony for? If the kids end up sharing rooms, one child gets a balcony to smoke on, the other stays non-smoking :D
Why is the door to the walk-in closet behind the bed? It’s always a long way. The door can be relocated... but apparently 80cm planned between the wardrobes: I couldn’t get an overview with that narrow gap, my slender nose would be right up against the panel.
A lot has already been said about the stairs...
Columns in front of the door, huge porch, bay window, balcony, corner bathtub... these are the Germans’ wishes

But a well-functioning living room is still missing, that would be number 3. "Honey, we are in the living room." "Which one?"

How long will it actually take until someone, coming from the pantry fully loaded, tumbles down the basement stairs?

Ok thanks already for the hints! Yes, that's true, those are all the weaknesses of the house. Actually, we don't want anything extravagant. It should just remain reasonably unaffordable. Do you have good suggestions for such a floor plan somewhere?! I search the internet up and down but can't find anything suitable... Thanks again for your support!!

The only help is to go to a specialist... when you buy a car, you don't get advice from the baker... in other words, any floor plans from the internet will always have something that doesn't really fit you.

The fixation on a floor plan is wrong. It is always about a design, i.e. the combination of the client’s wishes, the requirements and possibilities of the plot and the surroundings, and legal and other framework conditions.

Do you already have a plot?
