First of all: You are building BIG, the costs have already been mentioned here several times!

Attached is a proposal in which the corridor areas have been minimized. If one can even speak of minimizing with a straight staircase.

Ground floor:
In one of the earlier drafts, the kitchen was swapped with the office. Advantage: from the kitchen you have the house entrance and possibly the children playing on the street better in view.

The office is sized so large that guests could also stay overnight there. Disadvantage: the access is through the living room. But that could be changed, then the airlock would be smaller.

The office and kitchen could also be swapped.

The corridor gets a bench by the wardrobe.

The kitchen has a separate entrance.

Upper floor:
The corridor was made smaller.

The children's rooms are insanely large, you could even install walk-in closets there, as is common in America, for example.

The children's bathroom was swapped with the parents' bathroom.

Parents/dressing room/bathroom is also very spacious.

If you accessed the bedroom through the dressing room, you could move the wall of the utility room toward the corridor. That way the utility room could become larger.

All naturally subject to costs!!, structural analysis, development plan,

That looks good, actually small changes, but you chose them cleverly. What did you use to draw the plans?

Nice improvements. I just fear that the OP is hard to convince, which is one reason why the enthusiasm for discussion about this project has already diminished greatly.

Basically, we have now ended up with a very simple standard design that has just been made a bit larger.

One naturally wonders what a child is supposed to do with almost 30m²? Making it cozy in there will be a challenge. And if the girlfriend comes by later, it’s almost embarrassing to explain to her why you have more than twice as much space as she does.

Plain does not always have to mean bad. The OP was on a GOOD way there with his last draft! I have, as writes, only changed his draft with a few small details. You usually get pep through the design of the rooms. The floor plans may “plainly” subordinate to that.

I agree with you, the children's rooms are insanely large, maybe the girlfriend wants to move in. However, these rooms could indeed be reduced by walk-in closets. This would also provide the additional storage space that the OP desires. But I have come up with another variant for the attic corridor, but I want to wait and see what the OP thinks.

this is a prehistoric program, from old days

Sorry, but what should a child do with walk-in closets? That is basically an option for large rooms, but unless I am a 16-year-old teenage girl who is moving out in a year anyway, I probably wouldn't enjoy that as a child. I would rather plan a model railway or a bouncy castle.
