Unfortunately, I don’t have any other pictures on my phone right now. The staircase version from the ground floor also fits on the upper floor. I had it clarified by the construction draftsman. However, my primary concern is the room layout.

Sorry, but the room layout definitely depends on the location of the stairs. The start and end points determine further dimensions, e.g. hallway and next rooms. After all, even 20 cm can make the difference between something not working or working.

I somehow have a déjà vu, as if we already discussed this before.

As much as I would like to help, I cannot do it this way. Something is always posted here only halfway properly.

Nevertheless, I wish you good luck with your project [emoji4]

Edit: I already found the original location of the WC quite good, placed by the guest room

Hello YPG, everything will still come by Monday. Drawing with measurements and correct stairs. These exact statements are of interest to me at the moment.

Hello, I have now received the original drawings. What is your opinion on them? A bay window was also planned here. After consulting with my construction company, the floor slab can either be cut, insulated, or built over. For the purpose of room layout, I have created another draft. Even though no measurements are given, I would like to know what you think of the layout. Regards

I really don't like the architect's drawing at all. The rooms are simply cut in an ugly way. Child 1 definitely got the short end of the stick. The space was wasted by the staircase. The bathroom isn't exactly impressive either.

Unfortunately, you can hardly make out anything in your own design. How long is your staircase and how high will the rooms be? I think planning the kitchen so far away from the entrance is unfortunate, especially since it makes the living room a passage room. Not very cozy.
