I didn’t mean the discussion with us. I meant what you expect from the discussion with the builder. As far as I know, they only know one kind of discussion: the square or cubic meter costs X for us. If that doesn’t suit you, then choose cheaper tiles / simpler doors / fewer sockets etcetera or do the painting yourself.

That has already been affirmed several times, most recently in the form of a handful of alternative floor plan sketches by Yvonne. I’m not much of a draftsman and have to rely on you being able to imagine an L-shaped staircase behind the front door yourself.

Hello, I’m getting back to the old topic after a longer business trip.
In the meantime, we have looked at model houses again and have come to the conclusion that the staircase in the living/dining room would really bother us.
Therefore, I tried once more to create a floor plan in Homebyme that fits the conditions regarding the connections/sewer pipes in the basement. I think the layout is now more spacious compared to the original drawing (drawing with the landing staircase).

Before I hand over the version to the draftsman, I would like to get your feedback one last time.

Thank you

Perhaps a manual is missing for the modern paintings

I have been following from the beginning and am curious to see what the BU says about your floor plan and what numbers come out. I don’t think simply presenting a floor plan is enough. He should at least look at the property plus the slab and be allowed to give his opinion.

Hello 11ant, I will commission the instruction manual as soon as the layout fits. I cannot ask the draftsman for a new drawing for every change. This is about the comparison between the staircase in the living room and the staircase in the hallway and about the remaining layout. - as soon as the drawing is ready, I will start the discussions with the BU`s.
