After all, you can see clear changes. I would not hang the children's room doors quite so close to the wall, but leave space for shelves behind them.

I think it’s great except for the chimney.

I’m also not really a fan of the "airspace," as it makes the house even more chaotic. Starting the staircase in the living room is quite bold. With the open ceiling, of course, every little noise from above comes directly into the living area.

Still, I think it’s very successful.

I would be interested in the views. Wasn't a gable roof mandatory?

I would reconsider the arrangement of the bedroom, dressing room, and master bathroom. As it is now, you have to go through the bedroom from the dressing room to the bathroom and vice versa. Meaning: if one wants to sleep in longer, that's pretty inconvenient.

I also don’t have a clear idea right now where north or south is here.
If necessary, I would also consider swapping the children's bathroom and the utility room.

I find the doors in the children's room okay as they are; otherwise, there is enough space for cabinets and shelves. I only find it annoying if there is space behind the door but not enough room for a cabinet or a shelf. That would be wasted space. As it is, it's perfectly fine.

Overall, I would miss storage space. You don’t have a basement, the technical room on the ground floor is not particularly large and loses floor space due to the garage access (is that necessary?). There is also no pantry anymore. Where is all the stuff for a family of four supposed to be stored? I don’t see anything...

Oh no! Access to the bedroom through the dressing room or similar is completely out of the question. He is not the first one with that opinion. Does anyone understand that?

I think it’s okay. The kitchen is large. This mega worktable in the middle alone houses, by my estimate, 10 kitchen base cabinets. That fits a lot. Of course, the question is whether the OP planned it that way. But it's possible for now.

I addressed it three times (once with a metaphor that none of the men here could relate to).

I also miss storage space.

I like the kitchen/living room swap.

Air space is nice and all, but it conflicts with having a stove. Fire and air come together, so there's a contradiction on one square meter, which doesn't work well.
