Good morning kaho674, thank you for your feedback. The rooms will be 2.75m high. I have planned the staircase with a width of 1.10m and a length of 4.30m. It might be possible to move the staircase towards the south so that a door can be placed directly into the kitchen.

Hi,
was the pantry painted?
I’m afraid the living room is really badly positioned. You always walk through it from above when you come down the stairs. The design was better when it was on the right side of the plan and the kitchen on the left.

In the old design, you just kept running through the kitchen. My wife didn't like that so much. I removed the pantry because otherwise the living room would become too small.

The kitchen is not great in the professional design either. It’s annoying. At least the door is annoying. You should then move it to the hallway so that the wall can be properly furnished and the fridge won’t end up without space. Ask your wife what is acceptable: always passing by the intimate couch or the communicative kitchen. Oh, I forgot: you also like to disturb each other in the mornings when going from the dressing room to the bathroom and back. After three weeks, I would flee to the guest room or somewhere completely different... haha... that’s the topic: my partner who has to endure everything. The dressing room is currently completely oversized, which is why this confusing hallway exists. But I don’t find it that bad: you could partition it in front of the two children's rooms with an intermediate door so they have peace as teenagers [emoji2]

Hello ypg, I have made a change. What do you or you all think about it? I think it will come down to one of the two versions.

Hello, we have now completely changed the plan. The balcony, bay window, and the landing staircase have been removed. The house should appear more "airy," but not empty. What other adjustments would you recommend? Is the open space with a width of 2.26m dimensioned too small? The children's bathroom will be converted into a work/guest or playroom. What is your opinion on the new design? Thank you
