Thank you for supporting my obvious lack of understanding.... even in red, wow! Better use the quoting function, that’s clearer.
Yes, of course, you can simply draw a fireplace on a piece of paper, I never doubted that; you can also just draw a 20 cm wide TV so the rest of the furniture fits. You can.....
But you should know the real dimensions of it, so the built-in fireplace PLUS! the stove/tiled stove itself.... but most importantly also see through which cabinet this should then run at the top and where, or that I end up running into it at the top of the stairs; currently it looks rather exciting but sorry for the actually constructive hint.....but since you have so far given information tactic in small portions or even none, it happens that one does not always remember or look for every single post.
Quote: "Ok, I just roughly drew it in. Conceivable would also be a cabinet on the left and one on the right and a mirror on the wall to the bathroom."
Of course, it’s a lost effort when you publish a plan and say it could also be done differently. Planning gets difficult when it will pinch or be problematic everywhere during execution.
Quote: "You could make a part under the stairs. Alternatively, swap the broom cupboard with the bathroom, but then the path would be so long."
Exactly.... so that also falls through; then why is it drawn in or criticism of it not accepted?
In my opinion, you’re still putting the cart before the horse or should generally address fundamentals in your house planning first. Every room size or even unusual measure can make sense in individual cases but if as a reader you don’t get the idea, you can’t say anything about it. Of course, you can always draw a bed or a shower somewhere but then it’s not a proper plan. You should know what approximate size your shower, tub, washbasin etc. have, what shelving you want, where possibly a towel radiator should be and the position and size of the windows anyway.
You write that you haven’t made the effort so far and then people wonder why they should make an effort for you if you don’t do it yourself.
I fear that a wood-burning fireplace makes little sense here. For this you should inquire in the forum among other things about the interaction of fireplace + underfloor heating, which can be additionally problematic given your rather small house size. A fireplace also needs space to look good but just as much distance due to heat development. If you have gas heating I would rather think about a chic gas fireplace, then the problem with the chimney flue is gone and you can control it individually.
My idea: remove the TV completely and put a chic gas fireplace there across the width of the wall or even better have a view of the garden from the sofa instead of facing a wall with the window reflected in the TV behind you.

I still have to find a place for the fireplace
