Children visiting would not bother me. I find the dirt under the feet worse. Especially since you have that dirt your whole life, but children visiting in the evenings only for a few years.

Don’t say anything against steel tub paddling pools. With a strap, you can even swim in it halfway. Not high end, but better than nothing.

Only whether you go upstairs to shower or walk across the ground floor once, it doesn't make much difference. Therefore, for me, the pool, whether steel tub or high end, is not an argument for a shower on the ground floor.

May I quote again from the rudimentary questionnaire on page 5? "Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: 350 kEUR"

Yes, it is supposed to be a proper (masonry) pool.

I think it’s nice when you enter the ground floor living area in the morning and are basically right in the kitchen. If children visit and dash through the living area, I don’t find that bad at all. Besides, it may be another 10 years before that even happens...

The door doesn't necessarily have to disappear into the wall. I tend to go for tilt-and-slide, lift-and-slide door. The width of the entrance is less important to me than the total glass area.

Don’t worry about the money, this is purely about the house. But feel free to continue your jabs in other threads, just pull yourself together here, you’re getting annoying!

I'm not teasing, I'm just wondering why you always write "I I I" and never a "we" or "my girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/partner," as usually happens here when couples plan. And when you initially say that you want to spend a maximum of 350,000 euros on the house, there is a discrepancy between your equipment expectations and the capital stated. 350,000 for 200 sqm of living space and large sliding doors, glass railing staircase, that doesn't match. No more.

Thank you for giving me relationship advice now, I actually expected that less here in the forum.

So now you are also a financial expert and know how much the material and the main cost factor labor cost me? For my questionnaire being so bad, you actually know a lot about me.

Then take a look at such doors beforehand in those sizes. With those dimensions, you don't have the effect of a large glass area that you apparently want.
