Children's room rather too big or one of them not nicely furnished with the bed right after the door. Where would you put the gained space? Upstairs bathroom is really not pleasing at all. Yes, I didn’t put much effort into that, just packed in the essentials. If possible, I would like to put in a T-wall there. Fundamentally much better than before, but I still don’t really understand why you want to do it this way or otherwise. I have the impression you are defending your design and see criticism as an attack. You want participation but don’t answer questions..... tricky.

Just make the broom closet half a meter wider? There is basically no objection to that. The fireplace makes the stairs unusable Why? You could leave the stairs partly open and then have the fireplace at the end. Alternatively, I could also imagine using it as a room divider. The upper floor is clearly better. Bathroom is very uninspired Yes, I will still change that. Child 1 door shifted to the right Would not be a problem.
