So, I have revised my floor plan again, and significantly. Thanks to the users from whom I was able to take some helpful adjustments.

To those who now come again with the straight staircase and the entrance to the garage: Thanks, I know you don't like it.

Best regards, Chris

Where is the fireplace on the upper floor?
Corner cabinets in the dressing room are rather difficult/more expensive to furnish
Fireplace and proximity to the TV can be problematic, plus the fireplace’s measurements certainly don’t match, where is the wood, fireplace tools? Everything needs its place
Children’s room rather too big or one of them not nicely furnished with the bed right by the door.
Bathroom upstairs is not pleasing at all
Basically much better than before, but I still don’t fully understand why you want to do it this way or that way. I get the impression you would defend your design and see criticism as an attack. You want participation but don’t answer questions..... difficult.

The reader understands that, don’t worry......
and the same here:

Happy house construction :D

Why the large WC/bathroom on the ground floor and a broom closet that no cabinet fits into? The fireplace makes the staircase unusable. The upper floor is definitely better. Bathroom very uninspired. Child 1 door slide to the right. I don’t like the dressing room. Fireplace missing.

You are planning the fireplace on the ground floor at the end of the stairs. Where should the chimney go then? Usually, it goes straight up.

How do you want to get into the bathroom? The door planned there is not 2 meters high.

Combine the broom closet and the bathroom into the utility room.
Make the kitchen bigger.
Small bathroom next to the entrance door.
