Where exactly am I giving relationship advice? And you don’t have to be a financial expert to know that 350,000 euros is not enough for 200 sqm of residential space with upscale fittings. 1,750 euros per sqm is not sufficient even in Saarland. Someone planning a masonry pool should know that.

Here is a completely different idea: how about a proper windbreak instead of a pool? The pool can still come later... Take a look at the Variant 25-192 from Hanse Haus, the windbreak is brilliant and really nice and bright. Then you could easily reverse the stairs and you wouldn’t fall into the stairs when opening the front door.

Hello ,

sure, basically a possibility. It doesn’t look bad in the house you suggested either. But the plan is actually to keep the layout of the house relatively simple, so without any "added on" elements.

Yes, of course, both have their advantages and disadvantages, which everyone has to weigh up for themselves. But the less you deal with it yourself, the more likely you are to simply accept suggestions without critically questioning them or weighing them up for yourself. So I just want to encourage reviewing daily routines again. From my point of view, this clearly includes the phase with visits from children, which should be considered from both your own perspective and the children's perspective.

PS. I also find the approach in the living area nicer.

The windbreak is really well executed as it was done there. We had seen it in a model house and from then on it was on the wish list for a long time

I find this porch terrible and these additional square meters in front of the house are certainly more expensive than inside the house. If you already plan "quadratisch, praktisch. gut," I wouldn't want a "wart" on the house.
