Thanks in advance for the answers. The house is currently designed for 2 people, maximum 4. As already stated, it will be about 0.5 meters larger in every direction.

Regarding the bathroom upstairs: it will be about half a meter shorter, but 25 cm wider. The three rooms on the left side of the upper floor will be 0.5 meters longer in total and 0.25 meters wider. The three rooms could also be combined into two larger ones. The gallery/open space is a wish of mine that I would really like to have.

You want generosity and spaciousness but the house does not allow for that. These open spaces only take away usable area from you. A second door in the dressing room also only takes up space for an added feeling of life that isn't really one. The idea of removing the kitchen wall and planning a 3-meter counter also aims to create spaciousness – but it only has disadvantages. The house will not become a basketball millionaire’s villa. Not even with a gallery.

What disadvantages are you talking about? OK, until 2 hours ago I still assumed that a 9.5x10.5 meter house is spacious..

Where is the wardrobe? Maybe take a look at Signus from Kern-Haus. I think it goes in your desired direction and has approximately the same external dimensions.

...after all, the hallway is bigger than the children's rooms will ever be ...combined! Hello ...you don't have to answer more without a questionnaire.

You will achieve more of a hall character if you have everything open in front of you from the front door. You need ceiling heights of at least 3 m so that the ceilings do not visually feel oppressive.
