New grill needed - but which one to choose?

We had shashlik today.


And a few days ago I decided to build a grill out of bricks.

It's annoying to have so many lying around.

The rough plan



This gas grill is going to be it.



And my Weber kettle grill will also be integrated.

For the Weber grill I will weld an attachment so shashlik can still be made.

But that won’t happen until the end of the year.

When building in, better invest a few euros more. Once it's worn out, you'll knock down the entire kitchen.

So bad is the Grillfürst not, and 600 euros for a gas grill is already borderline. And adjusting it if it ever breaks should be the least of the problems.

Don't get me wrong. We also thought 600€ for a gas grill was a lot. By now, we have the third one. This one didn't cost 600€ anymore. Depending on how much and what you grill, these things wear out really quickly.

I understand nothing wrong, I know my wallet and I rely a bit on the recommendation from the [Grill FB Gruppe].
