Unfortunately, you absolutely cannot compare Rössle with a Weber grill, Broilking, or Napoleon...

The Broilking simply has more kick behind the burners (if you want it and turn them all the way up!)

I wouldn't know where in my post I compared Rösle with other manufacturers...

Whether it has to be a Weber grill is also a matter of taste. In any case, I would recommend a stainless steel one. It costs more, but it simply doesn’t rust.
I have the Weber grill Spirit in stainless steel, can’t complain.

Thanks for all the statements!

The grill doesn't necessarily have to be expensive, but more high-quality than our current Proficook. But, as I said, if there's a risk that the "higher-quality" grill will also rust through after 4 years, then probably not.

I haven't seen a Rösle yet, I'll have to check it out.

We now have 3 burners, which is enough for the two of us. With guests it gets tight, so we would probably get a 4-burner; if we're grilling alone, we don't have to turn on all the burners.
Ah, a rear burner - does that mean there is no burner at the bottom? Or are there additional ones at the back wall? And the rotisserie only works like that? But in the past people just turned it over the fire, so also only at the bottom. At least the wild boars for Obelix turned out perfectly that way.

I can already see, this is a science and a matter of belief...

Look once in the desired price range at Weber grill, Napoleon, Broilking or also Santos. If you google Santos, you will also immediately come across a very recommendable shop where you can nicely compare the mentioned manufacturers. Of course, it also depends on how often you grill and what you expect. The manufacturers are not much different and I would choose the grill/manufacturer that offers me what I want (Sizzle Zone, rear burner, etc.)

I myself use, among others, a Weber grill Genesis II 435 EP. Currently, in 2020, the fifth 11kg gas bottle is attached to it.

That’s not what I meant at all.

A rear burner is just really good for a roast on the rotisserie!

3 burners are usually more than enough. The grill just has to have enough power, then you can satisfy your guests too.

It’s ALL a matter of belief... there’s an incredibly large fanbase behind Weber grills.

I myself also got a Weber Spirit 2 with 3 burners and side burner as my FIRST gas grill. It was a good start and that way you don’t lose the joy of grilling, unlike if you start with the cheapest of the cheap.

My next choice would probably fall on the Broil King I mentioned.
