So the shop "Edinger" in 97638 Mellrichstadt also carries Napoleon and other brands, among others.

It should be clear that the material is not a guarantee for good results. Nevertheless, good grills make the work easier for a good pitmaster, although the final result can still be the same.

The cardinal mistake the lady made was that she cooked the meat "sous vide" in the steam oven. But these devices are way too imprecise in temperature control for that. She actually used her real sous vide device for the vegetable side dish (if only she had done that exactly the other way around...)
The browning was done afterwards using a beefer, which worked fine until the gas ran out. Then she continued to sear. Then she put the meat back into the oven because she had forgotten something, if I remember correctly... botched

Thanks for the reminder - yes, that's how it was with the steam oven... I didn't catch the rest anymore. ... probably distracted again by the main train station :p

We were lucky to have an appointment on the last day that Santos was still allowed to open. Here is the result:

I’m already looking forward to the first spareribs this weekend. Finally with a smoker box. That would never have worked in the condo. Today there’s a reverse grilled ribeye. The sizzle zone is really amazing. Literally. I’ve never had such a great homemade steak before.
