New grill needed - but which one to choose?

The grill also needs a thorough cleaning after the chicken. We have a rotisserie: it's quite difficult to skewer a regular chicken so that nothing sticks out, like a leg coming loose or something. We were disappointed twice. We'll probably sell the rotisserie part again and put the chicken on top (can or special tray).

Grills do not need to be cleaned. You burn them off and brush them. That is enough.

Tie up drumsticks.

As already wrote, the grill is not „cleaned“. Weber grill Spirit with 3 burners. Remove grate, insert aluminum tray. 2 chickens on the rotisserie. Best with 4 needles. Can be bought relatively cheaply at such a large online shop. Depending on size and temperatures, done in 1-2 hours. Afterwards, remove grill tray and burn out the grill (also sufficient before the next grilling). Rarely experienced making chicken so relaxed. You also don’t run out of beer because there is enough time to refill.

Guys, it may be cool to burn the grill up high so that pyrolysis can start its work, but that is not our intention.

but why not? Even the manufacturers recommend it that way.

That is actually the case. In fact, I wouldn't know how it could be any other way. Turn it on, afterwards everything is white, brush it away.
