Our Broil King Royal 320 looks terrible after 5 years of intensive use. Second sentence: The grates are now worn through and the rust deposits on the lid are disintegrating. The next grill purchase is certain. The Broil King back then was an impulse buy. We were actually at Santos in Cologne to get a new grate for the old Weber grill. After we found out that this grate would cost €120 and the grill had always been too small for us anyway, we spontaneously bought the Broil King instead. That was a mistake. With the next grill, we will definitely pay more attention to the materials and workmanship. Ideally, I would like to go for full stainless steel. But those things are very expensive. Should we manage to convince ourselves, I suspect we will be better off than buying a new grill or new grates every few years. One thing is certain, it will be a stainless steel grate and a stainless steel warming rack. I am eyeing the Napoleon Prestige models. Does anyone have other good alternatives with stainless steel grates, including the warming rack?
