Ypg, I am not aggressive. I really appreciate your expertise here in the forum. However, with all due respect, I wonder how you can reduce the statement I quoted above, referring to a grill, to your claim that I apparently have no household chores. You expect a lot of humility from some here in the forum when their floor plans are dissected here. You sometimes come out with really harsh sentences. Even if they may often be correct. And please don't ask me to look that up now. Reflect on it yourself. It is not bad to not know something. Perhaps this applies to you regarding a gas grill? I am curious to see how you will react.

Reflect, read repeatedly: I ask because I don't know. Nothing with "maybe." I ask when I don't know something. But I do know that before the time of preheating, cleaning was done, which you inquired about. But you don't have to judge that. It's simply an exchange of knowledge. You can also ask with a bit of a wink... man, man... I know, I dish it out. But just as much, I am not all-knowing. Avid readers know that. And I don't judge the knowledge of others. All good?

Back to the topic, I’m throwing an Otto Wilde G32 into the ring here. It is set to be released soon and if it’s even remotely as good as the Beefer, definitely a recommendation! I will try it as soon as it’s available!

I never buy anything from the pharmacy "Otto".
Even if their advertising machine reaches television and certain (bought e.V.) forums.

And as I said, the legs can be fixed with twine so they don’t unfold. Then they don’t burn. You don’t have to clean anything there.

I got myself a Wegrill Folding In&Out for this purpose, which reaches temperatures up to 850°C with its 3 infrared ceramic burners. Perfect for steaks. It was significantly cheaper than competitors like Beefer or Otto Wilde, can be transported in a bag, and is also approved for indoor use since the gas supply automatically shuts off in case of "flame loss."

After changing my diet, I now just have to figure out what vegetarian delicacies I can enjoy at these temperatures.
