With Weber grill and Napoleon, it depends on the series. No matter how you decide, you will enjoy grilling.

We have a black grill - so no stainless steel around it. Well, it's a cheap grill, but next time I would definitely choose a pure stainless steel grill. The black surface is much harder to clean because it’s not smooth. With stainless steel, I usually use Karamba or other anti-rust products if in doubt. So if that’s all that’s holding you back: in terms of cleaning, the stainless steel version is the better choice!

The easiest to maintain are black enameled grills. The material also looks "beautiful" for the longest time.

I had recently delved deeply into the topic of grills, and there are literally trillions of viewpoints on it, all of which somehow have their justification. Rösle seemed sympathetic to me, as did others, Weber grills not so much. Recently, at a large Bauhaus opening in Dresden, there was a Weber gas grill available not for the usual market price of about 600.- but for 300.-, and I got two for myself and a son. What can I say.....great thing, lots of fun, great price as well.......the whole package is right. If this extremely cheap offer hadn’t been available, it might have been another company, but now I am super satisfied with this Weber grill, which was in use again last night.

I can understand the grill master who wants it special or unique and spends real money on it just as much as the person who buys any grill, as long as the barbecue evening and the grilled food work out. This depends only to a very limited extent on the brand of the grill. However, if it is something like my hobby, I am also happy to spend more to get this "special" thing. Therefore, I also see no right or wrong in that.
