Well, practically nothing. OHGs are extremely one-dimensional.

It has nothing to do with Otto Gourmet and the prices seem almost like a gift to me for the high proportion of stainless steel.

However, you can also make great pizza and tarte flambée with them.

Hello

the Genesis II EP-335 BGS has been purchased.
Now it just needs to be assembled.
Looking for some tips: gas cylinder. Are there differences? I think it should be 11KG. Which one? Does it matter?
The cover. Is there only one type? Why is it so expensive? about 120 euros. I guess, because it fits perfectly, Webergrill can charge that much. Or why? Does the grill have to cool down properly before putting it on, or is it heat-resistant?

The gas bottle securely depends on your usage habits. We started with a 5kg bottle. By now, we have two 11kg bottles, basically always having one as a reserve. Nothing is more annoying than running out of gas during grilling. One could consider an aluminum bottle. However, we are too stingy for that. Regarding the cover, I have an inexpensive store-brand cover from the hardware store with the O. It fits and serves its purpose. Whether the original can withstand the heat, I cannot say. This Fietscher, however, would not be worth the outrageous extra cost to me. Ours goes on when the grill has cooled down.

Hello Tanari thank you for writing. I also came across the 11KG gas bottles on Aunt Google. As long as I am still fit, they will be steel bottles. 2 pieces is a good idea. If one is empty and the sausage is still half-raw, trouble is guaranteed. The bottles: buy or with a deposit? Steven
