TTarnari 2021-05-31 13:51:46#5Fine, that would have otherwise been a dealbreaker for me. Happy grilling :) I didn't see the 11kg print. It looked to me like one of those weird 8kg bottles. The one in the picture looks smaller than the standard 11kg.

Cooked indirectly for 2.5 hours at 130 degrees… Then steamed for 2.5 hours in cola/apple juice and glazed every 10 minutes for another 30 minutes… Sliced and hmm… delicious.
