New grill needed - but which one to choose?

I will get my first gas grill during the month. A used Burnhard Big Fred Deluxe from a colleague including a rotisserie for 350€. I am already looking forward to it.

The month is over today, - so you can strike on time for summer tomorrow ;)

Looks fine. But am I right in seeing that an 11kg bottle doesn't fit? Or is that misleading in the product pictures?

According to the homepage, the 11kg bottle fits in at the bottom:

Fine, that would have otherwise been a dealbreaker for me. Happy grilling :)

I didn't see the 11kg print. It looked to me like one of those weird 8kg bottles. The one in the picture looks smaller than the standard 11kg.

To bring up the interesting topic again:
Today there were beef ribs.

Let the dry rub soak in for 1 hour.

Cooked indirectly for 2.5 hours at 130 degrees…


Then steamed for 2.5 hours in cola/apple juice and glazed every 10 minutes for another 30 minutes…


Sliced and hmm… delicious.
