Hmm, you drive onto the property from the east and have the front door in the west? Is that practical? So, somehow the view doesn’t match - does it?

The driveway is in the south... the narrow sides are west and east, Kerstin.

Tell me how the floor plans, which I consider to be north-aligned, fit with the view I posted.
...

East ... carport or whatever with driveway and west entrance

And, take a look at the window illustration from

... and tell me ... how does that fit? Or, where am I having a mental block .

You see the south view.
At the bottom is the [„Fensterfront“] of the cellar, indicated.
The two windows on the ground floor were also there. Balconies will certainly be omitted, they are not included in the view because they are only under consideration.
Actually, nothing is correct, lol... but I have other information in another forum where he was also criticized for how he can manage two forums.

You can clearly see a knee wall, but it does not work with the upper floor in the floor plan (shower, bathtub).
Besides, I would also like to know how the drainage is supposed to run.

Hello everyone, yes exactly "11ant" made me aware that postings in 2 different forums would not be okay. Here it would be frowned upon, in the other forum not! You are like a regulars' table here. Okay, maybe it was a mistake, but there were hardly any answers here, and I had already given quite a lot of information beforehand.

Don’t be mad at me, maybe I acted too quickly, okay. But there are worse things! So the dormer wall is supposed to be 1.5m.

In the current floor plan, the children's rooms are in the south, the living room in the south, and the hobby room in the south.

The windows will only be planned exactly when the floor plan is final. We are young and inexperienced and are building for the first time. We could have also gone to the developer and been done, but we simply were not satisfied, the companies seemed somewhat complacent, that was our feeling.

Sometimes we waited 2 months for a quote.

I am open to criticism, I can only learn from it! And ultimately we only want to build once. It is not a small house either.

Regards

Even with 1.50, showering up there doesn't work.

Good night.
