Hello, yes we checked that with selling, we were also first considering to split it and make a little profit! We want to keep the houses for the children afterwards. We are looking for a solution, at the moment no adequate one in sight. I am grateful for suggestions, we are in the idea-finding phase. So a single-family house on the property would be feasible for us. I still need to talk to my wife, however the suggestion came from her, and we would like to have a neighbor.....

You always have neighbors.

We would also like to have a direct neighbor, house to house. We currently live in a terraced house and find it okay... Now there would be 6m in between, which we find okay, but house to house would also be fine for us....

Why would someone definitely want a neighbor right against the house wall? Sorry, I’m just having some very dirty thoughts about why someone would need something like that..

Would also build a nice detached house with a basement into the slope here... cellar rooms against the slope, living area to the front... the reasons for a semi-detached house are not clear to me.

I find the idea quite okay to invest in a semi-detached house. However, it reads a bit paradoxical here!!

You don't want a semi-detached house, but to build one half.

Only then does it make sense.

However: who owns the other plot? I mean where you want to build onto? Do they want to as well? Has a semi-detached partner been found? Or do you also own the rest of the plot to the left side? Are semi-detached houses allowed to be built there? Did I miss something there?

Regarding the entrance, driveway: we don't know where a road leads to the plot.. I certainly can't see it.

I don't understand that sentence at all. You only have 8.50m available.. why do you talk about 10 meters?

You can just stick a normal house to another to achieve a semi-detached house.
