Hello everyone, okay apparently still a lot of work! Thanks for the valuable tips.
1. Regarding the parents' bathroom, we don't care where the entrance is. The children's bathroom is also not 100% a must. We would just find it practical. We assume that because the bathroom is in the basement up to the attic, ventilation is necessary anyway! That's why it was chosen that way.
2. The issue with the encasement in the living room (due to the window) is a good point. We need to rethink that.
3. At first we wanted monolithic construction, but now we find clinker bricks very appealing and double-layer masonry great.
4. Living room in the south so that we don't have a long way to the north terrace possibly. A south balcony is planned, not exactly sure yet..... I don't quite understand giving away living space, we rather thought having kitchen, dining room, and living room aligned in a row would be great. Because then an office/guest area can be created there.
Thanks
:
Good tip, we will reconsider, we assumed that a one-and-a-half story with a few windows on the roof would be much cheaper.
We didn't want two full stories, it somehow doesn't look that good visually and two concrete ceilings would be necessary. That was our idea.
Thanks, that helps us, now the pondering starts again.....
Best regards
