Looking for a square floor plan for a duplex - any ideas?

That would be Plan B! I've slowly understood that a semi-detached house is not the optimal solution. What do you think about it? I don’t know if the upper floor is worth it, 150sqm should be enough!

How can you tell? The plans are not clear to me at all...
50 sqm... the drawn rooms don’t fit in there... what kind of measurements are these? Staircase, corridor and kitchen at 8.5 including walls... that doesn't work.

Hi, that was just an idea so you can see that we are not fixed on a semi-detached house. The children's rooms are in the basement facing south. I also thought that some of you reading along might have a similar building plot or maybe can give tips or suggestions. Be more specific, how would you build it? What would be your idea? So we have almost given up on the semi-detached house, it really doesn’t seem to lead to anything good. Thanks for now

How do you see that? The plans are not clear to me at all...

The site plan is apparently oriented to the north and has the "Ga" area only on the right side of the plan - ergo the floor plan with the garage on the left is probably oriented to the south.

Hello again, so we are open to everything, including a two-family house.

To clarify once more, we only want to build a semi-detached house on our property, which is also allowed according to the regulations.

There is no development plan, only a supplementary statute!

The surveyor specified 11.5m × 16m! 11.5 - 3m to the boundary! That's why I come to 8.5 × 16m.

Do you not have to comply with the 3m on the other side if you build a single-family house / semi-detached house?
