Only 2 days?
We didn’t install any rocket science either, I estimate the electrician was there for at least 3 weeks.

Offered us without a basement even though we said so and without a price quote, nothing, I hope something will still come...... but everything is strange

Yes, that's what the gentleman from Fingerhaus said, if I could manage it in 2 days I think they don't want that, it's a tactic. I'm a cable geek myself and can well estimate that this is not enough......

Hello Sturkopf86,
your statement is not quite correct: Our building families can purchase an OBI value voucher and receive a detailed material list of the required components for their expansion. With this list and the value voucher, they can get the materials at any OBI store.

Update: We now have all the offers together and are currently consulting within the family and circle of acquaintances.

Fingerhaus: 337,000 euros for 170 sqm with finished basement and white tank. Timber frame construction with 773 cm³ converted space = approx. 2000 euros per sqm price.

Baumeister-Haus: 367,000 euros for 182 sqm with finished basement and white tank. 36 cm pumice stone construction with 867 cm³ converted space = approx. 2000 euros per sqm

Massivhaus Mittelrhein: 318,000 euros for 140 sqm with finished basement and white tank, 36 cm Ytong stone construction with 662 converted space. = approx. 2250 euros per sqm price I have subtracted the garages and cladding to make it comparable. For me the best offer as it also includes the highest equipment level.

Then I also have an offer from a general contractor which is at 1800 euros per sqm, but that is also the only offer that is calculated completely turnkey. Delivery would be finished including floor and painting work.

However, I have not received any more information; I believe he only provides detailed information when we discuss everything with him more concretely.

I will keep you updated, I think many of the information can also help other builders.

Regards

And we are now supposed to flip back, determine how your property was and approximately how a house could be positioned on this property and where north would be in each case?
