Yes, sure, free parking spaces are of course also possible ...

... but which later carports are you talking about – where are they supposed to go?

One (1) carport, where the two vehicles are parked. I would have to check to what extent a boundary garage is feasible in terms of costs, size, etc. Regards Anson

You probably mean the grey ones, so the Q5 and the (narrower) Sprinter. I interpret the intentions of the development plan rather in the direction of choosing a place for a garage or a carport within the building envelope, which is only extended in width up to the boundary. Otherwise, I consider the property to require an architect, i.e., "or draftsman" is not sufficient.

how one designates or names this which is a matter of taste, and it is also clear that an architect has to draw the whole thing, I am not aware of anyone who has created/sketched their building application themselves and got through it without difficulties.

It is about the fact that it really should be an architect who thinks about the house/garage/carport. And not just a draftsman clerk of the general contractor, who places a standard house from their own range on a plot of land and slaps a basement underneath.

The preliminary draft is unfortunately unsuitable with regard to the garage. The plot is too small for a switchback.

He refuses because the concrete builder would then earn more and he himself less.
Park the cars below and build a hillside elevator for heavy loads and in case it becomes necessary to transport yourself.
A hillside with a view is brilliant. Have a new draft made. The first one is unfortunately no good.
