Had the issue of the floor area ratio already been clarified, to what extent the driveway falls under it?

Yes, we have checked it and it should work as follows:

House A -

Driveway + carport + entrance + garage = 123 sqm
House = 101.5 sqm
total = 224.5 sqm

Permissible floor area ratio (with 50% surcharge) = 500 * 0.3 * 1.5 = 225 sqm

House B -

Entrance + carport + garage = 52 sqm
House = 101.5 sqm

I am not sure if the calculation for House B is correct and whether and to what extent the share of the basic service part is to be considered?
