Yes, we have checked it and it should work as follows:

House A -

Driveway + carport + entrance + garage = 123 sqm
House = 101.5 sqm
total = 224.5 sqm

Permissible floor area ratio (with 50% surcharge) = 500 * 0.3 * 1.5 = 225 sqm

House B -

Entrance + carport + garage = 52 sqm
House = 101.5 sqm

I am not sure if the calculation for House B is correct and whether and to what extent the share of the basic service part is to be considered?

The plot is divided like this. This ensures that both parties receive the same plot and the same opportunity to build the largest house.
