So, we have a 160 cm bed, and none of us is a masochist :p
But I pointed that out specifically because everyone has different preferences. I will probably be able to squeeze out a bit more there, also regarding the position and window situation.

I find ypgs floor plan very nice, I would only shift the staircase down a bit more to give the living room and bedroom more space. Also, I would swap the positions of the kitchen and dining table so that large floor-to-ceiling windows can be placed on the east side and the house has more of a single-family townhouse character instead of a mid-terrace house character. You could do without the pantry or make the 2 meters, with the door possibly on the end side. However, I would rather add that little room to the hallway and use it as space for the wardrobe, because the one for 4 people is not exactly generous so far.

It would be nice if would still get in touch, I will fix the sneaked-in errors later (move stairs, adjust bedroom) and swap kitchen and dining. I had good intentions with the pantry and therefore placed the kitchen there. But the window issue is a stronger argument :)
Do you see anything else?

Since Rübe likes openness, I’m currently considering whether to simply place a cube in the middle between the stairs and the front door, which can also accommodate a coat rack and/or pantry. So that you can immediately turn left from the entrance door towards the dining area. Or or or… ? What do you think? Or divide the hallway: once stairs towards the living room, once entrance/coat rack towards the dining table?

I think it's just right the way you did it. For me, 2 entrances, one of them directly from the front door to the dining area, would be too open and uncomfortable, I'm more of the "wall behind my back type" ;)

So, you can do it like this or not :)

There is no pantry, since the basement also wants to be used. Instead, a built-in niche at the entrance, which also serves as a privacy screen.
The bed is 1.80... you don't have to overdo it with too big furniture in 110 sqm, but adapt to the space, and the staircase is now only 2.40 wide... if the walking surface is 90 wide, then that is enough even with an open stairwell :)
