Exactly, laundry chute from the ground floor and upper floor. Possibly another room can be designated in the basement.

Absolutely not intended like that, only drawn that way by the planner. We would rather prefer a freestanding table.

if that's just a WAS, then it can be relocated... anyway. I assume that the promotion of the "110sqm apartment" refers to full-fledged living space or fully usable living rooms?! In that respect, I would include the attic - there is often still space there for a retreat room. Or for the parents' bedroom.

Then please answer all the accumulated questions. There are quite a few now. Otherwise, there won't be anything more from us.

The 110m² applies to the entire habitable area, i.e. rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc. The attic is not usable but could become habitable in the future if the legal basis is appropriate.

At the moment, you can at most put a desk in there or some shelves, etc. After a few years there will be an inspection, if they find a living space the entire contribution can be reclaimed.

The floor plan would already be from our architect, but it is only a first draft for which I wanted to gather a few inputs, which I have received (e.g. pantry, bathroom upstairs, etc.). Now we will meet with our architect and see about getting a floor plan with dimensions and furniture. I will, of course, upload that then.

1) Inside we can arrange the layout as we want; the external dimensions and shape, however, are fixed.
2) Kitchen open to the living area
3) There are 2 children’s bedrooms; that’s why the wall is needed
4) A second bathroom probably won’t be possible due to your opinions

I already described the wishes: on the ground floor we wanted the kitchen in front and not in the back, which was corrected with the new plan. Upstairs we wanted the master bedroom with direct access to the large bathroom and a smaller children’s bathroom, but we will probably have to drop the latter.
