Why not? We also had such a roof. It's just sometimes contrary to cheap construction methods ;)

I've never heard or read about it - just researched, it really exists. :D And seen it? No sign. I've been looking more closely at houses/properties for about 20 years now. ;)

Do you really want to put up with 9 sqm of „Wohnen“? :oops: WC/Diele/Garderobe/Küche are (in my opinion) much too „big“ for a RH!

With a total of 38 sqm for living/dining/cooking, you have to make compromises. And cooking/eating = sitting together, playing, doing homework, watching while cooking, is already a very good solution. Sofa = retreat point

This is not the first terraced house (in the world). When guests come, you can’t sit “properly” either in the living room or at the dining table, and for an additional seating set (e.g. beer bench) the stove is in the way. Of course, you can arrange it differently than probably almost 100% of terraced houses. The question is whether that is (in the long run) reasonable.

I don't understand ... and, as has demonstrated, I wouldn't plan a wood-burning stove there at all.
