Hello! That would make me very happy, I also really like your sketch and I can absolutely see the added value compared to the entrance in the north :) So let's hope it rains this evening. I hope the other users will forgive me :p

No other wishes at the moment, we are currently trying to reduce/organize our wishes, so I don't want to bring up anything new. You have already taken the fireplace and garbage chute into account.

What style should the house have?
And what interior design style?
Minimalist, country house, Scandi, industrial, or retro?

Scandi fits us quite well, I think, the house completely classic white with a gable roof.

Here's the 7 x 11 meter version:

I've stopped with the windows for now, there is still planning needed. The parents' bed is only 1.60 meters wide. However, the stairs (2.20 x 2.50) would still need to be shifted at least 20cm downward on the plan, I just realized. The bathroom can also be a bit smaller, which would benefit the walk-in closet.
I completely omitted wall corners for door frames at the bottom because it always looks more spacious when it flows into one.
The basement: it's really huge. I assume your entire plot, including the garden, will be basemented? You can store a lot there. That eases the 110 sqm situation a bit. You don’t have to clutter up with dozens of cabinets.
Long story short, the current status is here:

Note: I forgot the chimney top above. It still needs to go in the corner of the bedroom/shower.

But then I would reduce the size of the large bathroom and do without the walk-in shower, going for a 1 x 1 m size. The dressing room could benefit from half a meter more. And 1.60 m for a [Elternbett] is already masochism. ;)
