I don't know how it is with your dryer, but ours sometimes has problems when the window is not open and the air becomes warm and more humid. Especially in such a small room, I imagine this to be impractical, also that the laundry is even done in the guest toilet, where it basically never "accumulates" since there is no shower.

Shower door opening inward, preferably in a 90 x 90 shower??? That would just be a twist...

we have placed both on top of each other in a small storage room and have no problems. We bought the dryer directly from the dealer including the frame, which ensures safety. We are also very satisfied with the dryer. Of course, it gets quite warm in the room, so we often leave the door open since there is no window. Of course, it doesn't look so great in a guest bathroom... Can't you redesign it again?

Good morning Thank you for your feedback. Originally, the washing machine and dryer were planned in a separate storage room (6 sqm). However, we redesigned it as a dressing room. Afterwards, we enlarged the originally planned guest WC to 3.5 sqm and wanted to leave out the guest WC completely and make it just a "laundry room". Now we have reconsidered and want to include the guest WC with a washbasin. What you have, you have. Especially the washbasin is practical. We are also considering working with a curtain. Ultimately, my guests are allowed to use our bathroom. It is really intended for craftsmen etc. We find it quite well solved this way. The washing machine in the kitchen or something like that is not an option for us. may I ask how large the room is in your case? And you also have no window but only ventilation?

Yes, we only have an exhaust vent... basically a covered hole in the wall where all the pipes come together... there’s quite a draft. The room itself is barely 3 sqm and measures about 1.10 x 2.50. But the niche was ideal. Alternatively, we would have a laundry room in the basement, but we didn’t want that or the washing machine in the kitchen or bathroom.

Thank you I can understand that well. We do not have a laundry room in the basement. Personally, I don't find that a problem. I think and hope that the solution is quite good. As I said, the alternative would be to revert to the original plan and keep the room as a laundry room only. However, many people in our circle of acquaintances told us that having a guest toilet is simply better. Better safe than sorry.
