Ah, confusion. The question clearly referred to #104 with a direct link. But you are probably right; the plaything from #100 was meant. Yes, that is a stepped floor. In terms of design, I would also follow the Tuscany style, simply because the building structure dictates it. The thing is probably even more visually appealing than other designs. One could, of course, also experiment with a flat roof and maybe score points with the authorities by adding green roofing. But the roof would already be expensive enough, I think. However, I would have structural concerns in the kitchen above the dining table with this design. But I believe that will not end up in the "options box" anyway. Here, to clarify what I mean:... I also read your draft in post #100 as a stepped floor building in the style of the Tuscany stepped substitute villas, and therefore do not recognize it in the view in post #113.
