Ah, confusion. The question clearly referred to #104 with a direct link. But you are probably right; the plaything from #100 was meant. Yes, that is a stepped floor. In terms of design, I would also follow the Tuscany style, simply because the building structure dictates it. The thing is probably even more visually appealing than other designs. One could, of course, also experiment with a flat roof and maybe score points with the authorities by adding green roofing. But the roof would already be expensive enough, I think. However, I would have structural concerns in the kitchen above the dining table with this design. But I believe that will not end up in the "options box" anyway. Here, to clarify what I mean:

I don't mean months... but whatever. I'll remind you when you get upset about fantasy stone spreads again ;)

So, on the subject, when I don't feel like it anymore and don't know what to do next, I start decorating my drafts :-D But that's good. Because that way I notice what I've forgotten. In this case, it was the guest toilet for the 5 people. I'll show the floor plans and two views. Of course, the parking situation is not pleasing. You could do without the whole courtyard stuff, place the HT crosswise and shift the house a bit by making it narrower, just like Katja did. But you already have the suggestions, so I’m just bringing up this idea.

I like it. I would swap Teenager / living room with kitchen and of course open it completely. In my opinion, the shape of the room at the back lends itself to that. Or did you definitely want the kitchen facing south? Light from two sides is enough anyway. By opening it up, you also get light from the living room and it's pretty cool to come up these stairs. ;) The windows would then need to be adjusted a bit. I feel the same - it's kind of like setting up a dollhouse. :D I don't quite understand, what happens to the stairs then?

What do you mean? Then the kitchen has no exit or do you mean the child back to the sofa, kitchen at the top of the plan and living room at the bottom of the plan?

I wanted access to the terrace/balcony.

They would then be positioned horizontally ;)

Here is a view of the upper room and the courtyard (ah, I'm always so love-struck 8))

Yes, exactly. I also really liked your kitchen, but I find the sense of space with the opening and the stairs even cooler. Maybe the north-facing window can be integrated as a narrow strip in the kitchen between the countertop and the upper cabinets. There are also great ideas there with kitchen herbs, etc.
