What said. Additionally: Long distances from the door to the kitchen with groceries. Why is the terrace only accessible from the kitchen? Horrible dressing room, very narrow bedroom.
Thank you, I find the path to the kitchen via the terrace door short. We also want an exit from the dining area. Regarding the dressing room, we had considered simply leaving out the door and the slanted piece of wall.
Despite the previous thread, you should definitely fill out the questionnaire. See pinned thread in the subforum.

House design Who designed it: -Architect What do you like especially? Why? Ultimately, our specifications have been taken into account; open plan area, terrace is pleasing What do you not like? Why? Everything a bit too "plain"; shower visible; missing fireplace; dressing room access; terrace exit from living area Cost estimate according to architect/planner: - Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: - Preferred heating technology: heat pump
If you have to do without, which details/extensions -can you do without: garage -cannot do without: remaining room requirements, the design represents the "minimum" for us
Why is the design as it is now? e.g. Standard design from the planner? no Which wishes have been implemented by the architect? yes What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes? see 130 character summary
What is the most important/fundamental question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters? Basically our specifications have been implemented, we like the open plan area with the large window front. Otherwise, we may be missing a few square meters overall and we lack the "special". It still looks very much like a "simple, square, small house". A covered entrance with columns, but a bay window or a recess, a dormer or something else would be initial ideas, depending on what money is left.
