Small addendum: from Weberhaus there is the Sunshine series with similar exterior dimensions. The floor plan probably won't fit, but a Google image search is worthwhile for the exterior views in various window variants.

Unfortunately, we have to maintain a 1m distance from the footpath. Thank you very much for your input!

: The front door facing west is fixed for us. Our architect has also already suggested controlled residential ventilation with the attic as the installation location. We plan photovoltaics as you noted. No windows on the south side, full photovoltaic coverage, roof windows on the north side.

So, let's continue :)
Our architect reviewed our variant with a then necessary second flight of stairs on the upper floor and (as already noted here) found it not feasible.
A new proposal for the ground floor is available; the half-landing staircase has now been replaced by a... half-landing staircase with steps on the landing (there is certainly a technical term for this). This results in the staircase not protruding as far into the hallway.
We particularly like the solution with the slightly hidden wardrobe in the hallway. Here we would probably make the guest WC a little smaller so that the hallway is wider at that point. I think we would also move the door swing of the front door to the other side.
The rotated table in the dining area is at first glance just a rotated table, but for us it makes the possible pathways much clearer in our minds and benefits the room structure. I would probably also move the sofa corner a little to the left so that there is a bit more spaciousness there (right :) )
The upper floor still has a fairly large hallway. The utility room feels very large, the parents’ bathroom lacks a bathtub. We can quite well imagine the situation in the parents’ bedroom, although it feels already luxuriously spacious to us.
We believe that we have made (in our opinion) another good step forward and look forward to your feedback.

I still like it :) I already mentioned it for the OG: swap the utility room and children's bathroom. Then you'll have the WC downpipe out of the kitchen and gain space for a real bathtub.

It’s not a huge deal, but I would reconsider it once more – and then also plan the lamp outlets accordingly. We had both variants in two almost identically sized rooms for an extended period, and No. 1 works significantly better simply because there is space all around, whereas in No. 2 it becomes tight at the end sides, especially when someone is sitting there.

Then you only have 2.60 meters width for the sofa... I find that a) too narrow and b) very uncomfortable. People also like to have a reading lamp or table next to the sofa. I find the utility room downstairs too big, considering that washing is done upstairs. I would give the living room more space, make the utility room smaller, and then place the office sideways. What is the marked closet in the dining area? Upstairs I think it is very nicely done.
