hm... I just roughly reduced it by about one meter, and it comes out to approximately 170 sqm. Where is the mistake?
Anyway, I'll show you the missing meters... I removed 1.70 meters in length at the top ;)
Island and table are 200, wardrobe 150, upper cabinets 100, 200, and 300 cm. Sofa is a placeholder..

@ : Are the costs for the clinker facade separately listed in the general contractor contract? If yes, what amount do the costs for the cladding come to? Are these clinker slips or proper bricks as a double-shell wall?

Clinker slips are also "real" clinker bricks, only sliced into thin pieces. Whether tablet or biscuit form, the active ingredient is identical in both dosage forms. The thicker variant is by no means higher quality, just meant to be "applied" differently. The two equivalent variants are designed and made for different wall construction concepts. What do you expect from "real" clinker bricks, or which important property do you see as less well fulfilled by slips compared to facing bricks?

We have standard clinker bricks and no thin bricks. However, the shell construction and masonry work are one item. What we found was that with our budget (max 40€ net/sqm) it was relatively difficult to find a clinker brick suitable for us.

Possibly, a double-shell wall with real bricks can more easily meet some KFW standards? But otherwise, if slip bricks really are just "slices," I also don't see any advantages of real bricks vs. slip bricks. Rather the opposite: slip bricks are easier to apply and also cheaper? Possibly another cost-saving factor for the OP?

By the way, it is often claimed that slip bricks can be recognized as such, that they are just slip bricks and not real bricks.
