I like the new OG floor plan better than the old one. The hallway is nicely straight, not narrow and not wasteful. Walk-in closet between the bedroom and the kids' room. Bed not so cramped in the bedroom. Idea for the bathroom with a standard sauna 2 x 2 m:

On the ground floor, I would probably swap the WC and the cloakroom. Then, when entering, you would have much more space right away and not just a corridor. You could also hang jackets opposite the wardrobe or put a narrow shoe rack there if the WC door opens towards the hallway. Between the hallway and the living room, I would probably put a semi-transparent (?) sliding door. You do have a long wall in the hallway where it could slide. I'm not sure if the view of the stairs creates a cozy feeling when sitting at the dining table. Odors and noise aren’t an issue anymore on the OG.

Cool idea, thanks. I hadn't really considered the arrangement with the toilet in front of the shower before.

The blue line in the plan indicates a door. We are still unsure here whether it will be a sliding door or a hinged door, both have their pros and cons...

The topic has already been discussed and clarified?

Personal price limit for the house, incl [Ausstattung]: 550,000€ -> the price will not be reached.

Are there any updates here? I quite like the implementation and I would be interested to know if it has stayed that way and if the current budget still fits? We are currently planning a similar floor plan with 160-170 sqm, possibly clinker, garage - therefore a current statement would be quite helpful :-)

Hm, I know that sometimes you have to think a bit around the corner to understand your well-meant advice, but I don’t get why exactly this thread…? We don’t want a bungalow or a home theater. Ok, from the 170 sqm it ended up being around 150. Is that it?
